If at any point, we are not meeting your expectations, please bring these concerns to the attention of the care team or a manager where you are receiving care.

How to Share Your Concerns

We encourage you to discuss your concerns with your caregivers in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible. However, if your issues have not been addressed to your satisfaction, we would like to hear from you.


During business hours, please call 561-263-4562. If your situation is urgent and you have reached us during non-business hours, please call the hospital operators at 561-263-2234 and ask to speak to the Nursing Supervisor.
