The Dementia Caregiver's Support Group is designed to provide information and education to enhance the health and quality of life for people living with dementia and those caring for them. Support group is limited to 20 people.

Facilitator: Jill Shutes has been a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner for over 25 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1987 from Rutgers College of Nursing. She then returned to school at University of Massachusetts, Lowell and received her master’s degree in 1997. She worked in long-term care, assisted living and home care until receiving her Doctoral degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in 2017. Since then, she has taught Nurse Practitioner students at Palm Beach Atlantic University, was the National Director of Clinical Education for Longevity Health Plan and now is the Gerontological Clinical and NICHE Coordinator for Jupiter Medical Center.
